Mock Quiche

Beat together: 2 eggs(including cleaned,crushed shell), crumbled bacon, chopped cooked spinach, 2 tbls. plain yogurt, 2 tbls. crushed together: almonds,no-color added pellets,grapenuts, 1/2 tsp. butter, add milk if needed. Cook on grill till done. Heat oven 350 degree F., Take brown bread, butter one side, and roll it flat with a rolling pin and cut into 4 sections. Place a spoon of cooked mixture on each piece. Use as many slices of bread as needed for your mixture. Roll each piece (butter side out) and place on a cookie sheet. Bake until bread is toasted. Cool to safe temperature and give them to your birds. Freeze in daily portions.
