Saltwater Fish Food Mix

1 lb Threadfin herring

1 lb Frozen shrimp

1/2 lb Squid

5 capfuls of reef plus vitamins

6 Small sheets of nori (dried seaweed)

1/2 C Saltwater

Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until fairly smooth. Freeze it flat in ziploc bags. This stuff is great for almost all saltwater fish.

You can get most of the meat ingredients at the bait and tackle shop for about 1/2 of what the pet shop will rake you for.
