Wintertime Vegan Suet

2 C Peanut butter

2 C Vegetable shortening

2 C Flour

6 C Cornmeal

1.Melt peanut butter and shortening in a large pot.

2.Stir in four and cornmeal.

3.Turn dough onto a waxed paper lined 13x9" pan.

4.Cut into rectangles for use in a suet feeder.

Suet can be stored in a freezer.
