Spinach Bread

Follow the directions on the bag of cornmeal for the cornmeal base. One small box of frozen spinach, 2 eggs and shells, 1/2 c. all natural peanut butter, 1 1/2 c. of fresh chopped carrots , corn broccoli, 3-4 jars of baby food vegetables. Mix 1/2 chopped pecans and 1/2 c. chopped almonds into above mixture. If it is too dry add a small amount of unsweetened juice or unsalted V8 juice. Place in a greased pan and bake about 30 min. in an oven preheated to 400 degrees F. Cool and freeze in daily size portions.
